The Right Towson Party Bus Rental, Found
Partybusrentalbaltimore.com is not a bus company, and it doesn't provide transportation. It's a quote-comparison website — you fill out one form describing your trip, and it surfaces pricing and vehicle options from a network of independently owned transportation companies serving Towson, Baltimore County, and all of greater Baltimore. Instead of calling company after company, describing your headcount and itinerary over and over, and waiting on callbacks with quotes that never quite line up — you do it once, here, in under a minute.
That's the whole point. Not limited to one fleet means not limited to one price point, one vehicle type, or one availability window. Whether you need a Sprinter van for an executive transfer to BWI or a full-size 40-56 passenger charter bus for a Towson University group trip, you can see options side by side and find what actually fits.
Call 410-844-4136 any time — the quote tool and the phone line are both open every day of the year.

Common Towson Party Bus and Charter Bus Amenities
Not every Towson group trip needs the same setup. A 15-35 passenger minibus is a natural fit for corporate shuttles and wedding guest loops between Towson hotels and downtown Baltimore venues — climate-controlled, reclining seats, and easy to maneuver on York Road and the Beltway (I-695) without the bulk of a full-size coach. A party bus brings the celebration onboard with LED lighting, a premium sound system, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound seating.
For large groups heading to M&T Bank Stadium or an out-of-town conference, a charter bus adds undercarriage storage bays and onboard restrooms so nobody's asking for a pit stop on I-83. Amenities vary by vehicle and provider — call 410-844-4136 to ask about specific configurations for your date.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats

LED and Fiber Optic Lighting

Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. A minibus typically runs $200–$275 per hour on weekends, while a 25-passenger party bus runs $275–$375 per hour on weekends, and a full-size charter bus runs $200–$350 per hour. Per-day rates start around $1,100 for a minibus and can reach $4,050 for a 50-passenger party bus on a busy weekend.

Compare & Find the Right Party Bus in Towson
The Baltimore area has no shortage of events, venues, and occasions that call for group transportation — and no shortage of headaches when you try to coordinate it yourself. Partybusrentalbaltimore.com cuts through the chaos by putting the options in one place. You share your trip details once, then compare vehicles, configurations, and pricing from multiple providers serving Baltimore County — instead of spending an afternoon on hold with individual companies.
Because this site connects you to a wide network of independently owned transportation providers rather than a single fleet, you're never stuck with whatever one company happens to have open on your date. That means more vehicle types, more price points, and better availability — especially during busy windows like prom season (April–May), Ravens home games, and Towson University event weekends when demand across Baltimore County spikes fast.
Quotes are free, no account is required, and the online tool returns results in seconds. If you'd rather talk it through, 410-844-4136 is available every day. That's it — no pressure, no commitment, just a fast, easy way to find the right bus for your trip.
Group Transportation Options in Towson
Partybusrentalbaltimore.com makes it easy to find transportation for every kind of group trip originating in or around Towson — from airport transfers and wedding shuttles to prom nights, Ravens and Orioles games, concert runs, and corporate shuttles. Call 410-844-4136 to find the right fit for your occasion.

Towson Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Towson sits roughly 12 miles north of Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) — about a 25-minute drive under normal conditions, though I-695 West toward I-195 can back up significantly during morning rush and on Sundays. For groups flying in together, coordinating multiple rideshares or personal vehicles out of the BWI cell phone lot is the kind of thing that sounds manageable until someone's flight is delayed 45 minutes and the whole plan unravels. A private airport shuttle puts everyone on one timeline and one pickup point.
At BWI, commercial passenger vehicles use the Ground Transportation Center on the lower level of the terminal complex — your group collects luggage first, then assembles before calling for the bus so the vehicle doesn't circle. For larger groups heading out of town for a conference or a cruise from the Port of Baltimore (2001 E McComas St, Baltimore, MD 21230), a charter bus handles luggage storage underneath and eliminates the math of splitting into separate cars. Call 410-844-4136 to set up your Towson airport transfer and get a quote for your exact headcount and date.

Towson Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Fells Point (Broadway, Baltimore, MD 21231) is the default destination for Baltimore-area bachelor and bachelorette groups — a waterfront neighborhood packed with bars, rooftop patios, and late-night venues within a few walkable blocks of each other. The problem is the drive back. Parking in Fells Point on a Friday or Saturday night is nearly nonexistent, rideshare surge pricing after midnight can double or triple the fare, and the bars stay open until 2 a.m.
A Towson bachelorette party bus lets the night run as long as it actually needs to — no one's watching the clock because of a parking meter or calculating who's sober enough to drive home.
Popular stops beyond Fells Point include Power Plant Live! (34 Market Pl, Baltimore, MD 21202) for its cluster of bars and live music venues, and Thames Street Oyster House for a dinner start before the crawl. A Baltimore bachelor and bachelorette party bus with LED lighting and a premium sound system keeps the energy up from the first pickup in Towson to the last stop in Fells Point.

Towson Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival is one of those details that turns a birthday dinner into an actual event. For Sweet 16s and quinceañeras in the Towson area, groups often book reception venues like Martin's West (6817 Dogwood Rd, Baltimore, MD 21244) or Martin's Valley Mansion (60 W Burke Ave, Cockeysville, MD 21030) — both large-format event spaces north of the city with easy bus access and ample parking for the coach while guests are inside.
For adult milestone birthdays heading into Baltimore for dinner at a Harbor East restaurant and a late night in Fells Point, a 25-passenger party bus keeps a group of 20 or so together with room to move — running $275–$375 per hour on weekends — rather than splitting into separate cars and losing half the group at the first red light. Baltimore birthday party bus rentals are available in sizes from 15 to 50 passengers. Call 410-844-4136 and a team member will match your headcount to the right vehicle for your celebration.

Towson Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Most of the region's biggest concert venues are a straight shot south from Towson on I-83 — and that straight shot turns into a parking and exit nightmare once 20,000 people are trying to leave the same block. CFG Bank Arena (201 W Baltimore St, Baltimore, MD 21201) draws sold-out touring acts to a 14,000-seat arena in the heart of downtown Baltimore, where nearby garage parking can top $30 a night and post-show exits onto I-83 North can take 45 minutes or more.
Pier Six Pavilion (731 Eastern Ave, Baltimore, MD 21202) on the Inner Harbor waterfront is a summer favorite with no dedicated charter bus lot — street parking in the Harbor East area is metered and limited, and rideshare surge pricing after a show on a Friday night can be significant. A Towson concert bus rental drops your group at the venue entrance and stages nearby until the last note, so the only thing you're waiting on after the show is your group's headcount, not a 20-minute rideshare queue. Call 410-844-4136 to get a quote for your concert date.

Towson Corporate Event Transportation
Towson is Baltimore County's commercial and business hub — home to major employers, Towson University, and the Baltimore County government offices — and corporate groups shuttle in and out of downtown Baltimore regularly for meetings, conventions, and client events. The Baltimore Convention Center (1 W Pratt St, Baltimore, MD 21201) sits about 13 miles south of Towson, and parking in the surrounding Inner Harbor area runs $20–$40 per day in nearby garages, making a single charter bus considerably cheaper than reimbursing a dozen employees for individual parking.
For executive transfers and smaller team moves, a Sprinter van or 14-passenger Sprinter limo keeps things sharp without the footprint of a full coach on Towson's downtown surface streets. A Baltimore corporate event charter bus is the right call when you're moving 30 or more employees between a Towson office park and a Baltimore conference venue on a tight schedule. Call 410-844-4136 to discuss multi-vehicle setups, repeat shuttle contracts, and same-day quote requests.

Towson Private Event Transportation Services
Towson's calendar fills up with events that spike transportation demand in ways first-timers don't anticipate. Towson University's homecoming weekend (typically October) brings thousands of alumni back to campus and fills every hotel and parking spot in the York Road corridor. The Maryland State Fair at the Maryland State Fairgrounds (2200 York Rd, Timonium, MD 21093) runs late August into early September just north of Towson and draws enormous crowds to a fairgrounds with finite lot space — shuttle setups from offsite parking are common, and a private charter bus reserved for your group skips that whole coordination entirely.
For family reunions, church group outings, or multi-stop itineraries that string together a Baltimore Orioles game, an Inner Harbor dinner, and a stop at the National Aquarium (501 E Pratt St, Baltimore, MD 21202), a Baltimore private event charter bus keeps everyone on the same schedule rather than losing half the group to wrong turns on Pratt Street. Call 410-844-4136 to talk through your itinerary and get a vehicle recommendation.

Towson Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Baltimore County high schools — Towson High, Dulaney High, Loch Raven High, and others across the county — hold proms predominantly in April and May, and availability across the region compresses fast. A handful of popular prom venues like Martins and the Marriott properties near the airport book up alongside the buses that service them. Waiting until March to look for a prom party bus in Towson is a gamble — book by January for the best vehicle selection and pricing.
A Baltimore prom party bus seating 20–30 passengers typically runs $275–$425 per hour on weekend evenings, and a booking made 4–5 months out will almost always beat the pricing of a last-minute request made 3 weeks before prom night. Partybusrentalbaltimore.com makes it easy to compare vehicle options and get a quote fast — fill out the form or call 410-844-4136 now so your prom transportation is checked off the list.

Towson School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Towson University and Baltimore County's K-12 schools run field trips and group transportation requests year-round, and the logistics get complicated fast when you're managing a group of students across Baltimore's one-way streets and limited drop-off zones. The Maryland Science Center (601 Light St, Baltimore, MD 21230) at the Inner Harbor uses street-side drop-off on Light Street, and the National Aquarium (501 E Pratt St) places large vehicle drop-off on the Pier 3 approach — neither venue has a dedicated charter bus lot, so pre-trip coordination matters.
A full-size charter bus is usually the right call for school field trips — overhead storage for backpacks and supplies, onboard restrooms on select vehicles to minimize stops, and enough seats to keep a class together rather than splitting into multiple smaller vehicles. Baltimore school event charter buses are available in 40-56 passenger configurations through the network. ADA-accessible vehicles are available — mention it when you request your quote.
Call 410-844-4136 to get the process started for your school group.

Towson Sporting Event Transportation
Towson is 12–14 miles from both of Baltimore's major professional sports venues, and game-day parking at both of them is a lesson in why a bus makes more sense than a caravan. At M&T Bank Stadium (1101 Russell St, Baltimore, MD 21230), the lots surrounding the stadium are privately operated and prices jump significantly on game days — surface lots near the stadium regularly run $40–$60 on Ravens home Sundays, and I-95 and I-695 begin backing up 90 minutes before kickoff. A Towson charter bus loads up, takes I-83 South to I-395 directly into downtown, and drops your group at the stadium before the worst of the congestion sets in.
Oriole Park at Camden Yards (333 W Camden St, Baltimore, MD 21201) sits directly adjacent to M&T Bank Stadium, and the same parking and traffic dynamics apply on Orioles game days — compounded on dates when both teams play at home on the same night. A Baltimore sporting event party bus or charter bus gets your whole group to the gate together without anyone circling downtown for a $50 surface spot. Call 410-844-4136 to lock in your game-day bus.

Towson Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Towson-area weddings frequently split between ceremony venues in Baltimore County — historic churches along York Road, estates in the Hunt Valley corridor — and reception venues either in downtown Baltimore or out in the county. That gap between ceremony and reception is where guest transportation falls apart without a plan. Guests driving separately get lost, arrive in waves, or skip the cocktail hour because they couldn't find parking at a Baltimore waterfront venue on a Saturday night.
A wedding shuttle circuit solves it cleanly: pick up guests from the hotel block, run them to the ceremony, hold at a nearby staging point, then deliver everyone to the reception before dinner is announced. The 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a popular bridal party vehicle for ceremony-day runs, while a minibus handles the guest shuttle loop efficiently without the overhead of a full charter bus for a smaller wedding. A Baltimore wedding shuttle keeps your timeline intact and your guests comfortable.
Call 410-844-4136 to get a quote built around your wedding day schedule.

Towson Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Maryland wine country is closer to Towson than most residents realize. Boordy Vineyards (12820 Long Green Pike, Hydes, MD 21082) sits about 15 miles east of Towson in the Long Green Valley — a working winery and event space with tastings, picnic grounds, and a regular events calendar. Getting there requires navigating rural two-lane roads, and with no real rideshare coverage in that area, the designated-driver math gets complicated for a group of eight.
A minibus or Sprinter van handles the run without any of that friction.
For pub crawls staying closer to home, York Road from Towson south through Govans has a concentrated bar and restaurant strip, and the Fells Point and Federal Hill neighborhoods offer full-evening itineraries with more stops than most groups can walk between comfortably. A Baltimore winery tour and pub crawl bus rental keeps the group together from stop to stop — no splitting up, no rotating designated driver, no negotiating over whose turn it is. Call 410-844-4136 to get a quote for your route.

How much does a party bus cost in Towson?
Party bus rental prices in Towson run roughly $250–$500 per hour on weekends depending on vehicle size — a 15-passenger party bus starts around $250/hour on weekends, while a 50-passenger party bus can run up to $500/hour. Minibuses tend to run lower ($200–$275/hour on weekends) and full-size charter buses are often more cost-effective for larger groups at $200–$350/hour. Per-day rates range from about $1,100 for a minibus to over $4,000 for a large party bus on a high-demand weekend.
Those are planning ranges — the real number for your specific date and itinerary comes from the quote form or a call to 410-844-4136.
Where do charter buses park near Towson Town Center?
Towson Town Center (825 Dulaney Valley Rd, Towson, MD 21204) has a large surface lot and parking garage structure, and charter buses typically use the perimeter surface areas rather than the decked garage. For groups using the mall as a meeting or departure point, the Dulaney Valley Road frontage and the surface lot sections near the Macy's anchor are generally accessible to larger vehicles. Confirm staging with your transportation provider given that mall traffic peaks on weekends, and check the mall's ground-level access before your departure window.
How do I get a group from Towson to a Ravens game at M&T Bank Stadium?
The most direct route is I-83 South to I-395 into downtown — about 25–35 minutes from Towson under normal conditions, but expect it to stretch significantly on game days as I-695 interchange traffic merges south. The stadium's privately operated lots around Russell Street fill fast, and walk-up lot prices on Ravens Sundays routinely hit $40–$60. A charter bus drops your group directly at the stadium approach while everyone else is still circling, and picks up post-game at a pre-arranged staging point nearby.
Read the full logistics breakdown at the M&T Bank Stadium bus rental guide.
Is there bus parking at Towson University for events?
Towson University (8000 York Rd, Towson, MD 21252) manages parking through its Parking Services office, and charter bus staging for large events typically requires advance coordination with the university. During homecoming weekend in October and graduation in May, campus parking and surrounding York Road surface lots fill well before the event begins. Reaching out to TU's parking office before your event date is the right move — and booking your bus well in advance of those high-demand weekends keeps your options open.
Can a party bus pick up from multiple addresses in Towson?
Yes — multi-stop pickup routes are common and easy to set up. A lot of Towson groups start with a pickup at a home in the Ruxton or Lutherville area, swing through the York Road corridor to grab a few more guests, and then head downtown. Just include all your pickup addresses when you fill out the quote form or share them when you call 410-844-4136, and the itinerary gets built around your actual route.
Multi-stop runs are priced by total time, not per stop.
How far in advance should I book a party bus in Towson?
For most occasions outside peak periods, 4–8 weeks of lead time is workable — but the earlier you move, the better the vehicle selection and the lower the risk of running into a pricing spike. The genuinely high-demand windows in the Towson area are: Ravens home game weekends (September through January), prom season (April–May, book by January for the best availability), Towson University homecoming in October, and the Maryland State Fair in late August–early September. Any of those dates warrants booking 3–6 months out.
For everything else — a winter birthday, a spring wedding, a summer winery tour — 6–8 weeks gives you real options. Call 410-844-4136 as soon as your date is set to see what's available.
Popular Towson Party Bus Destinations
A Towson party bus itinerary can go in a dozen different directions — downtown Baltimore, rural wine country, waterfront neighborhoods, or major sports venues 20 minutes south. Here are six destinations that consistently draw Towson groups, with the logistics that matter for planning your trip.

Towson Town Center
Towson Town Center (825 Dulaney Valley Rd, Towson, MD 21204) is Baltimore County's largest mall and one of the most common meeting-point and departure hubs for Towson-based group trips. The surrounding surface lots and garage structure can accommodate larger vehicles in the perimeter areas, making it a practical centralized pickup location before a night out or a game-day departure south on I-83. It's also frequently the final drop point on return trips — easy to find, lit at night, and centrally located for guests heading to different parts of Towson after an event.
Phone: (410) 494-8800.

Oriole Park at Camden Yards
Oriole Park at Camden Yards (333 W Camden St, Baltimore, MD 21201) is one of the most celebrated ballparks in the country, and getting there from Towson on I-83 South takes about 25 minutes outside of rush hour — longer on Friday nights and during afternoon games when the highway is at capacity. Parking in the Camden Yards area runs $20–$45 for surface lots, most of which require advance reservation or sell out early on popular dates. A charter bus drops your group at the stadium approach on Russell Street and skips the lot-search entirely.
Check the official Orioles transportation page for current drop-off guidance before your visit. Phone: (410) 685-9800.

Boordy Vineyards
Boordy Vineyards (12820 Long Green Pike, Hydes, MD 21082) is Maryland's oldest winery and one of the most-visited in the mid-Atlantic, sitting about 15 miles east of Towson through the back roads of Baltimore County's Long Green Valley. The tasting room, outdoor picnic grounds, and event barn draw groups year-round — but the two-lane rural roads between Towson and Hydes have essentially zero rideshare coverage, which makes a Sprinter van or minibus the only realistic group transportation option if no one wants to rotate driving duties. Boordy's grounds have ample parking for buses.
Check Boordy's official site for seasonal hours and event dates before planning your visit. Phone: (410) 592-5015.

Power Plant Live!
Power Plant Live! (34 Market Pl, Baltimore, MD 21202) is Baltimore's most concentrated entertainment block — a cluster of bars, restaurants, and live music venues in the Inner Harbor area that draws large groups from across the region every weekend. From Towson, it's a 20-minute drive south on I-83 on a good night, and street and garage parking near the complex runs $15–$30, with surge pricing on weekend nights compressing available spots by 9 p.m.
A party bus drops the group on Market Place and stages nearby, so the only thing to coordinate at the end of the night is a headcount. Phone: (410) 727-5483.

Maryland State Fairgrounds
The Maryland State Fairgrounds (2200 York Rd, Timonium, MD 21093) sit about 4 miles north of Towson on York Road and host the Maryland State Fair (late August–early September) along with concerts, expos, and community events throughout the year. The fairgrounds have on-site parking, but during the State Fair the lots fill by late morning on peak weekend days, and York Road through Timonium backs up badly in both directions. A charter bus loaded up in Towson and heading north on York Road gets there before the worst of it and gets your group out cleanly when everyone's ready to leave — rather than sitting in a lot exit queue for 40 minutes.
Check the official Maryland State Fair site for event-day parking advisories.

Fells Point
Fells Point (Broadway, Baltimore, MD 21231) is Baltimore's most active waterfront bar district — a historic neighborhood of Federal Hill-style row houses converted to bars, restaurants, and live music venues along the water east of the Inner Harbor. On Friday and Saturday nights, street parking in Fells Point is gone by 8 p.m., metered spots enforce until midnight, and residential permit zones along Bond Street and Shakespeare Street have been responsible for more than a few towed cars belonging to out-of-neighborhood visitors. A party bus from Towson drops the group on Broadway at Thames Street and is ready for pickup whenever the night wraps — no parking calculus, no surge pricing at 1:30 a.m.
It's the obvious move for bachelorette groups, birthday crawls, and any occasion where the night might run past the last reliable rideshare window.
